Conditions of Use
These conditions affect your rights and liabilities under English law so please do read them carefully before ordering from us. When placing an order via our website, directly with us over the phone or in person at our premises, you are agreeing to the conditions laid out here. There is nothing in these conditions that affects your statutory rights.
Contract
When placing an order with us you are contracting us to supply you with a product (or products), the order contract is only accepted by us once payment is made. If we supply goods as part of an order that are not charged for then said goods do not form part of that contract. Payment is confirmed by us via email on processing of the payment by Bank Transfer.
For large orders (£300+) we may require identification prior to or at the time of delivery. This is simply for fraud protection as sadly we have been a victim of fraud in the past.
Law & Jurisdiction
When using our website and purchasing goods from us the laws of England shall construe and govern any and all disputes.
Accuracy of Information
Whilst Bearded Dragon Home LTD makes every effort possible to make sure that all information on our site, and our stock availability, is up to date and correct, we do not warrant, represent or guarantee that this information is up to date and correct, except for our prices (errors excepted). Any consequential or incidental damages that arise from information contained within our site, to yourself or any third party, we will not be held liable for.
Store Information
Please note, our store and website are run separately. Web prices are often cheaper however postage fee is applicable. Price matching cannot be carried out in store from web prices. We do not stock the same products in-store as we do on our website, as we do not have the facility to store them.
1. We guarantee our reptiles will be alive, healthy, and free of external parasites upon arrival. Dead on arrivals (DOA) must be reported within 3 hour of delivery. Any other issues must be reported initially within 24 hours of delivery. Someone must be available to receive the package, if not, this guarantee is void. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us first.
2. We guarantee the life of our Captive Bred Reptiles & Amphibians for 7 days from time of delivery. *Conditions apply – You will be asked to email clear photos of the
set up including gauges displaying temperatures and humidity to qualify for this guarantee.
3. Sexing – We do our best to sex your animal using proper techniques such as visual factors (sexually dimorphic species), popping, probing, or palpating (all depending on the species and size of the animal) but we cannot guarantee the sex on any animal.
4. All captive bred (CB) animals will be labeled, if not, animal is assumed to be a
field collected import. Internal issues are not included under our guarantee; it is
an outward health guarantee only on all animals. We are not responsible for ANY Veterinarian fees or costs. Field Collected aka Wild Caught animals may have slight cosmetic imperfections. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the health of the animal.
5. Shipping or Freight charges are never refundable.
Bearded Dragon Home is not responsible for freight/shipping charges on the replacement of animals, and there are no cash refunds of any kind. *In some instances, if a refund is granted, shipping is nonrefundable.
7. Please note, photos of reptiles for sale in our shopping cart are visual representatives of the species and may not be the exact animal you receive unless noted.
Photo ID is required for purchases over $399, if there is a mismatched shipping and billing address, or if there are any payment issues during checkout to help protect our customers from any potential fraud.
